Do you have any escheatment information for Mexico?

As of this writing, Mexico does not have any laws regarding escheatment, according to Valerie M. Jundt, managing director at Keane Consulting and Advisory Services. "It is our understanding that Mexico (and many other foreign countries, including the Government of Kenya) are in the process of researching how best to adopt and incorporate escheatment legislation; similar to those laws that we have in the United States," she says.
